We do after-sales service and repairs for some of the largest global jewellery brands, so we can help you too. We do laser welding repairs, however, it's best to talk to a member of our customer service team as Palloys reserves the right to decline any repair work. When you place an order for a casting or fabricated metal products on the website there will always be a variation in the metal weight from the theoretical weight and the actual weight when we prepare the goods for shipment.

Because of this we cannot quote the final price until the order is complete so when you are paying by credit card we charge your card with the theoretical amount and then make any adjustments once the order is ready for shipment.

>We have a maximum tolerance of 2% over weight so if the variance is more than this we will call you before we ship your order to advise you of the difference before we process the transaction.

In some cases a cutting fee may apply if you have ordered multiple pieces in which case this will be added to the total of your invoice.
